This year’s English Music Festival was, once again, held entirely in Dorchester-on-Thames, and all of us at the EMF are hugely grateful to Dorchester Abbey for hosting us and for making the event possible. Heartfelt thanks, too, to our artists, for the vividness, commitment and exuberance of your performances; to all our volunteers, who gave unstintingly of your time to staff the Box Office, to run the talks, to stage-manage, steward, serve refreshments and to sell CDs and other merchandise — the Festival could not take place without you; and, of course, to our audiences, whose enthusiasm, support and generosity all continue to mean so much to us.
We look forward to returning to Dorchester-on-Thames for next year’s EMF. In the meantime, please continue to check this website for news of our other forthcoming events.
